💰 Pricing & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer (Stanbic, Centenary), and Visa/Mastercard. We also offer installment payment plans — 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for most packages.
Are there any hidden fees in your pricing? +
Absolutely not. We believe in 100% transparent pricing. Every quote is comprehensive. Domain registration and hosting costs are listed separately and clearly explained. No surprises, ever.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the work? +
Yes. We offer unlimited revisions during the project. If we can't deliver to your satisfaction after 3 revision rounds, we offer a full refund of the deposit. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs and schools? +
Yes! We offer 20% discounts for registered NGOs, government institutions, and educational establishments in Uganda. Contact us with your registration documents.
⏱ Timelines & Delivery
How long does it take to build a website? +
Starter websites: 5-7 business days. Growth packages: 10-14 business days. Enterprise solutions: scoped per project (typically 4-8 weeks). We always agree on timelines before starting and stick to them.
What do you need from me to get started? +
We need: your business name and logo (if you have one), the services/products you offer, your contact details, and any reference websites you like. We guide you through everything else.
Can I request urgent delivery? +
Yes! We offer express delivery for an additional 30% fee. Starter sites can be done in 3 days, Growth packages in 7 days. Contact us to discuss urgent project requirements.
📱 Technical Questions
Will my website work on all phones and devices? +
100%. Every website we build is fully responsive and mobile-first. We test on the most popular devices in Uganda, including Tecno, Samsung, and iPhone. We also test on 3G and 4G connections.
Can you integrate mobile money payments? +
Yes! We integrate MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money through the official Uganda APIs. We also support DPO Pay and Flutterwave for international payments. All Growth and Enterprise packages include this.
Will I be able to update the website myself? +
Yes. All our websites come with an easy content management system. We also provide training so you or your staff can update text, images, and products without needing a developer.
Do you provide hosting and domain? +
Yes. We handle domain registration (UGX 60,000/year for .ug domains) and provide reliable web hosting from our server partners. All hosting includes daily backups and SSL certificates.

What support do I get after my website launches? +
Starter plan: 1 month free support. Growth: 3 months. Enterprise: ongoing SLA. Support includes bug fixes, small content updates, and WhatsApp consultation. After the free period, we offer affordable monthly support packages.
How do I contact you for urgent issues? +
